Refund and Returns Policy

At SafetechBD, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality IP CC cameras and accessories. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Products damaged by misuse or mishandling.
• Software or digital products.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Return Process

• Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@safetechbd.com or call us at [your customer service number] to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

• Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

• Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and documentation, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Make sure to include your RAN on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@safetechbd.com or call 014537484. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
