1. Place an Order
Placing an order on SafetechBD is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Browse our product categories or use the search bar to find the items you need.
- Click on the product you’re interested in to view its details.
- Select the quantity and any other options (like color or size) if applicable.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button.
- Once you’ve added all desired items to your cart, click the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Review your order and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Fill in your shipping information and choose your preferred shipping method.
- Select your payment method and enter payment details.
- Review your order once more and click “Place Order.”
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2. Order Tracking
After placing your order, you can track its status through the following steps:
- Log in to your SafetechBD account.
- Go to the “My Orders” section.
- Find the order you want to track and click on it.
- You’ll see the current status of your order along with any tracking numbers.
- If a tracking number is provided, you can use it on the courier’s website to get detailed tracking information.
3. Shipping Options and Costs
SafetechBD offers various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivers within 5-7 business days. Costs vary based on weight and destination.
- Express Shipping: Delivers within 2-3 business days. Higher cost but faster delivery.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivers the next business day. Premium cost for urgent deliveries.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Usually takes 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Arrives the next business day.
Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays.
Payments and Billing

2. How to Apply Discount Codes

- Invoices are automatically generated and can be accessed/downloaded from your account dashboard.

- Alternatively, use a different payment method available at checkout.

1. Creating an Account
- Click “Sign Up” or “Create an Account” on our website’s homepage or during checkout.
- Fill in your personal information, including name, email address, and preferred password.
- Verify your email address through a confirmation email sent to your registered email account.
2. Logging In and Out
- Enter your registered email address and password in the login section on our website’s homepage.
- Click “Log In” to access your account dashboard.
- To log out, click on your username or profile icon and select “Log Out” from the dropdown menu.

- Ensure your account information is accurate to facilitate smooth order processing and communication.
4. Resetting Your Password
- Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address to receive a password reset link.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password securely.
